1. Services Provided Handymen Georgia LLC acts as an intermediary, connecting clients with professional handymen for services including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical repairs, and home maintenance. We facilitate the scheduling of these services and ensure quality by vetting all handymen.
2. Consultation Fee For certain services, an initial consultation fee is required to secure the booking. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with arranging your service and is payable to Handymen Georgia LLC at the time of booking.
3. Scheduling and Availability Services are available by appointment. You can schedule a service by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website. We strive to accommodate your preferred date and time, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
4. Pricing and Payment Pricing for services will be discussed directly with the handyman after initial consultation. All payments for the work completed are to be made directly to the handyman, not through Handymen Georgia LLC.
5. Cancellation Policy Due to the time constraints of the professional handymen, reservations cannot be canceled and the consultation fee paid is non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability Handymen Georgia LLC is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any service provided. While we ensure all handymen are qualified, the responsibility for the final work and payment lies solely with the individual handyman and the client.
7. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective as soon as they are posted on our website.
